    Roadside rescue

Took the car out for a wrap the other day, nice drive into the city after peak hour had come and gone. Just about to park the car, when I realise that one of the rear hood pins hadnt survived the trip and was long gone. Been a while since I had to think quick on my feet, but with a little help...

Not too many floating around down here, so I had a mate pick this one up for me interstate. Hopefully things ease up soon and Ill grab it off him when I...

    Finally putting some gauges in

Been reading and watching a few of you guys mount gauges in the radio delete plate. Decided to delete my own radio in favour of some actual gauges now that Ive gone with a solid roller setup. Here are a few pics of the fab. Used an auto lite under-dash gauge cluster as a template for the...

    Tomorrow's homework

Gonna finally make a start on pinning the new hood down tomorrow. Fitment is not too bad, but the cut out at the rear of the hood is pretty rough, and short, and will probably need to be elongated once it is in position.

    Indy heads

Found a crack in one of my aftermarket aluminium heads, in an almost unrepairable position - read "expensive". Thinking about putting those $$$ to better use and getting a better set of heads instead. Considering the INDY 440 EZ - seem to be the only head of theirs with stock intake and exhaust...

    Fianlly cracked the 12's

Big smile still on my face from last night, finally took my RR down the track and cracked the 12's! Im no pro, only been to the track a handful of times, so this is a huge deal for me, especially after clocking a few flat 13's.

    WANTED 37/38 Plymouth pickup

Been on the lookout for a little while for a 37/38 Plymouth pickup, thought maybe someone out there might know someone with something.
