My car is going to body tomorrow morning!!!!!!!!!!!! posting.php?mode=post&f=9#

In about 6 weeks I'm going to have a 1969 RR vert with a straight body (damn near the whole thing will be brand new!!), totally put together, primed and painted!

I know it's just a step of many, but it's the step that has the biggest visual WOW effect.

I sold the set of 72 buckets I had on Craigslist today. That gives me the cash I needed to make my order from Legendary for foam and covers for my newly acquired correct buckets courtesy of Droptop.

When Uncle Sam's cousin IRiS sends me my check here in a few weeks, I can get my motor work done and order my aluminum heads too.

Everything is working out nicely!

This is what I'm hoping she'll look like when finished...

I get the feeling he does one car at a time and stays on it? Mine took 2 1/2 years

It's official, my bird is in a new nest for a while.

After 2 trips of parts in my pick-up, everything is there to get started.

I can wait to see the progress!
