I bought the entire interior from Dantes 3 years ago. It's been sitting in my basement forever. I did the headliner a few months ago and it turned out ok considering I did it with both windows in. Recovered the seats last weekend and spent the last two days installing carpet, seats,, and door panels. Almost done after 12 years, Crazy.

Looks good. Just curious; why did you install the coupe non-A87 interior in a hardtop?

ACME - I picked the interior I liked! Side benefit to a non numbers matching car I guess. 383 - Gone! Automatic - Gone!

So you did not buy the Belvedere & Roadrunner trim I take it. I was told to get that type of trim for my 69 runner. Is their a difference in bucket seat trim a posed to the bench seat trim for the door panels and rear trim. :D

I have no clue man. I called up Dantes and he hooked me up with it. If it's wrong I don't want to be right! I wanted the contrast. It looks like something batman would have, and that's cool with me.

Nope. Same. And if you're going to put it back the way it came from the factory then note the following:

1) The upper trim piece that holds the panels in place is painted the same color as the upper part of the door - not stainless
2) The front arm rest bezels are colored - not chrome
3) There are no rear arm rests (or bezels - of course, as they are not needed)

Knock yourself out if you want to change any of that, Russ - I'm just sharing how it was originally equipped.

So you are saying I can take my worn out chrome bezels and paint them blue and I am good? If so, AWESOME! that saves me 60 bucks.

Thanks for the info A12. Going to try and do it as close to factory as possible. Already changed the steering wheel mine was a mess. To the half ring horn with trident pad I like that stile. Has the bird in the middle. Going to add after market heat and air also. Going with the 69 Belvedere & Road Runner Door Panels. Putting in console the car was not a console car. Russ.
