Are you referring to the boot on the actuator rod at the firewall bracket?

Someone reproduced this item several years ago. There may still be some out there. Try BE&A or Layson's.

The Hemi brake master cylinder (and vacuum booster) is actually set higher and I think a little to the left (driver's side) away from the BIG HEMI HEADS. I have a couple of photos of power brake booster and master cylinders on 383/440 cars that shows them mounted lower and more centered. Wonder if the brake rod is at an angle under the dash from the brake pedal??????????

'69 Hemi (survivor) RR with PB booster above the firewall/cowl seam, that's why I think the air grabber cutout is necessary on the Hemi for head and exhaust manifold clearance.
