I have a couple extra VR1 10/30 QT. I want to use up, my plan would be to use 1 qt with 5 reg. VAL 10/30, would this be and issue, it says on the VR1 not to use long term in a Cat. system. I t would be going into 2006 TJ Wrangler with 6cyl.

Thanks Tom C.

Oil is oil if you are low on the dip stick. Valvoline is not my favorite oil. Use Shell Rotella in my diesels and Mobil one in the Runner. Gave up on Quaker state year ago due to sludge build up. Had a Toyota ran Rotella in it and it was gas motor pulled the valve covers to replace gasket's and it was as clean as a pen. Don't buy Pens oil ether It also has wax in it or paraffin. Just my thought's about oil. The Toyota had over a hundred thousand miles on it and did not smoke or knock when I sold it.
