Driving my 68 RR last night and noticed that none of my dash light or radiotherapy light work. BUT.... the headlights and dimmer lights work. Some light works. Parking and turnsignal lights work. What do yall think it maybe? I checked all the fuses and they all are good.
No dash or radio lights.

Did you try the roller or dash dimmer on the left?

Well need a volt meter. Would check the in put and out put. Some time's it can be a ground issue. Are all the bulb good. Hope this help's.

if you have power to the dome light then you have power to the circuit. means the dimmer part is bad. not too unusual for these cars. this part however is fairly expensive to replace. sometimes can be cleaned.

Sorry did not see that the dome light comes on when all the way up. So may be lose connection to other circuitry. Just being an electrician dose help me sometimes. Dose the light dim to respond to the switch when you turn it down. Figure Big John might have the answer seeing how he has been around these cars longer than I. If their is a multi plug to the dimmer switch I would check each wire for power. Have seen in other forums their is some one to send them to and they recondition them.

If you check the last fuse on the right and you have power this is the one for all dash lights and dome. you can have a dome light and not dash lights. This is because the dimmer part is not working. Mine had no power on the last fuse, I removed the dimmer control and cleaned the wire resister with a piece of 500 grit wet or dry and sprayed it with electro clean. I also took my knife and scraped the dome contact. This got it working. As one of the others said these are selling for $200 if you can find one.
