Thank you guys, yes I love that body line too and that dashboard I'm in love with it lol

The idea is to enjoy it as much as we can and perhaps someday going through a resto but not yet!
Everything sheet metal is original to the car, trunk floor is solid, still have the jack in it the original spare tire, the marks on the deck lid with the instruction paper stuck on it.
I think though that the dashboard upper pad is new as well as the carpets. The car has been repainted once in its life.
Not sure about the upholstery on the seats but they look original but in an excellent shape.
Floors under the carpet will check those tonight.

The rear end is a 742 case with 3:23 sure grip in it.
Engine, trans have been redone, seems to run strong (only ride it in my street) didn't have the chance to test the car yet. Sounds awesome (but that is obvious because it is a Mopar lol).
New seals in the rear end not sure about the bearings..
New 15'' wheels and tires only 300 miles on it according to the seller.
It is a non A/C car with Power steering.
The brakes have been upgraded to a dual core master cylinder with assistance. Seems to brake really good.
Car runs straight from what I saw without hands on the wheel.

That is for sure Quickbird! But a disease like that, I'm fine with it lol!

Thanks Russ, yes no worry I'll keep up on the Runner, now my dad has been to the hospital for is shoulder surgery, it went very well so that is cool.
He has to stay 4 weeks without moving his arm then the rehab starts til the end of April. So 4 months to go.
But I will work on the Runner for sure! Just moving slower now.

Just forgot to mention, the car is an Arizona car, just saw yesterday night the floors firewall and cowl are very clean no rust whatsoever that was a great discovery! All the wiring harness are new,
Now just enjoy driving it till the runner is done and after might considering doing some work on the Charger here and there to make it to my style.

Yes it is, I am totally happy with it! Very solid car! It drives nice and quite until you jump on the right foot pedal! Drives very straight with no ends on the wheel.
Just have to change the leaf springs bushings sway bar bushing (done it this week) and all 4 shocks and the car will be done.
Just place an order on the shocks, waiting for them to arrive home.

Yes Russ, this is the first time that I buy an old american car with no rust lol!! So glad!

Hello guys, here is a quick update on the bird!

Finally the electric fan is finished, meaning that it is wired and functional a great victory lol actually this is the first thing alive on the car ^^
Every harnesses are back in the car and plug to the bulkhead or connectors. Except for the engine parts and transmission.

Dashboard is in but still keeping the screws loose cause we have some trouble with electricity...
We ran some test with the electricity and this is what happened :

I put the steering column laying down on the floor, so I could plug the turn signal switch.
Put the headlights and rear tail lights. Washer pump is plugged. Everything was plugged except the alternator, the cable going to the coil and the wiring for the back up light plugged to the A833.

The bumpers were not it place so the headlamps, backup lights and licence plate lamp were hanging by the wires.

There was no steering wheel on the column as it was on the floor so ground cable between the steering column and the dashboard frame wasn't in place.

Now what happened. The dome light lit up when doors were open and turned off when doors were shut, so far so good.
And the dome light button is working great.

Then tried the headlamp switch. The parking light didn't work... But one more click to put on the "ON" position and the headlamp lit up. One click on the foot switch and all 4 headlamps lit up. But still nothing on the tail lights.
Along with that there was no lights on the instrument panel...

Washer button and wipers button when put them on nothing happened.

When turn on the flasher button, the tail lights and the front bumper lights lit up. But didn't blinked just lit up full time.
And on the instrument panel the green lights were on and didn't blink as well. Actually that was the only light working on the dashboard...

After that, tried right and left blinkers, what happened is quite funny ^^
When put the left one on, both front blinkers went on and blinked at the same time, and on the light it worked great so only the left one blinked.
Same thing happened with right, both front blinked and only rear passenger one blinked.
On the dashboard both green light went on and blinked this time... In right and left situation.

And finally break switch works fine, when we brake the tail light lit up.

Oh almost forgot, I did plug the starter and tried to crank it. But when I was turning the key, only heard a "click" and then nothing. when removed the pressure of the key, the dashboard flashed and saw "oil" indicator and another one (can't remembered right now) who just blinked... Or I am assuming that they should lit up when putting the key on ignition just before trying to crank it...

Big mystery here. I am kind of lost with that.
So we gave up on that, the plan is to let it sat till we finish the car. Once the car will plugged correctly with everything on it we'll do the tests again and perhaps this time it will work who knows? ^^
