I don't want to damage anything but wanting to know if crank pulley can come off without removing balancer on 383. I took the pulley bolts off, soaked what I could with PG Blaster and waiting until tomorrow to attempt removal.

Should come right off after removing the bolts. Might have to tap on it with a rubber mallet to break it loose.

Give it a good whack. It will pop off.

Mine came rite off. Taped with a rubber mallet.
