Here is some pic's of the fender's on hanging up side down is to get the paint into the headlight bracket. Used a rubber glove and a piece of cloth to coat the inside where the spray gun wont go. The other one starting to clean off the mud then move to a paint remover before medium blasting every thing. Found that the original finder has the head light bucket and the shield strip to block dirt from getting behind the headlight area of the fender. Thing is I bought the headlight bucket's and now going to check the other old fender to see if it has it also. So back to work. Next is the door's their are new but still have to do my thing on them like bed line the in side. IMG_0101 (2).JPG IMG_0102 (2).JPG IMG_0103 (1).JPG IMG_0104 (1).JPG

Your fender looks nice and clean. did you media blast them or did you have somebody else blast them for you? I had both my front fenders blasted with media blast and they didn't do as good a job as I thought they should do he said he was afraid he would warp them and he did not get all the rust out of them so I have to work on that. When I go in the house at night I Watch a lot of Pete grump and moan and throw a hissy fit. He is entertaining. Thanks for telling me about him!!!

Yea Big Block got a medium blaster from harbor freight when starting the rebuild process. Use aluminum oxide also from HF. Had put a 38 inch hose on the tip to reach places I could not get to. Stripped every thing in side with air craft paint stripper after removing the mud with putty knife and heat gun. It is slow but works grate the heat gun that is. :thumbsup2:
