front fender mounting lug's for the grill

On my donner fender the lug's are all in a line. Think it came off a satellite. But the fender that came on the runner is that the middle lug is not in line. It is off set out to the edge of the metal. Any one have an answer for this would really help. Have them primed and ready for filler and paint. I am going to get the grill and look at how it bolt's to it. This has to be where it bolt's too. This is the off set piece by the head light bucket's. With three lugs welded on to it. Russ.

Ok guy's got it figured out. Checked the inner finder and it all lines up.

Way to go their Bob. Just thought it bolted to the grill. But it bolts to the front inner fender. The side is right side and their is an off set in the stamping so that one slot moved out of line it was the middle one. Well learn as I go. Know some one had an answer so thanks for the thought.
