We're in Hawaii and have a 69 Dart Custom. But I'm not here for me, I'm here for my neighbors. The family had both a 68 Roadrunner and a 69 Satellite and they had the engines switched between the two. They sold the RR years ago to Navy Man who took it back to Washington state I believe and they kept the Satellite with the RR motor. Unfortunately my neighbor has passed on, and it's time to let the Satellite go. Now I know this is a needle in a haystack, but somewhere on the US mainland is a blue 68 RR and it's matching numbers motor is here and vice-a-versa. They won't part it out but will sell the whole car, someone buy it, ship it back to wherever, and match everything back up.....both would be very nice cars. Anyone know where to find it?

"Lost Muscle Cars" on Facebook is a good place to try. But 100% agree with ACME on the Vin comment. This isn't a needle in a haystack this is more like a needle in a stack of needles. Best wishes

You're probably not going to get too far on this quest without a VIN...

Completely agree, I knew this could be extreme long shoot at best...but it's worth a try. And the family is looking for any old paperwork now, hopefully they'll find something soon.
