Herb's mopar part's I have bought something's from them but no paint or any thing. They say they have dies and paint's for restoring dashes and all.

I still see an add for Herb's on the web but they told me the last time I called it is changing hand's. 
Russ, your pics are outstanding. I do not paint, in my shop. I posted on another post (lost again) about what the back of your glove box lid looks like. Mine is not really finished very well. I don't know if I should finish it in some way.

I have had to order the glove box lid. Don't know how it look's on the back side. Figure to paint it with a flat black if needed but the vinyl looks good on the front. Use some armor all on it and it will look fine I think.
The face on mine is very nice as I said before but the back is not finished. The vinyl is wrapped around and glued on the back and not finished. The metal is exposed with some surface rust. I have many pics of my car just haven't figured out how to post them.

Just to say Big Mo I would tape off what I did not want painted clean the area good with like some 500 grit sand paper. If rust persist use 3part's water to one part vinegar and stainless steel wool on the rust. Let it stand for 15 minutes then Use stainless steel wool with clean water to clean it again. Let dry and prime. The solution will convert the rust. I have used this trick on most of my car in places. Maybe some one else will let you know just what to paint it with. I have used hot rod black which is an acrylic paint. Semi gloss. Use Rust Oleum rust converter you can get at lowes or some other hard ware store it works good. Then paint acrylic over that no problem.
