how difficult it is to find the RR I want. I've been scanning the interwebs for a couple months now. I want a minimum
driver quality 70, 4 spd, no vinyl roof, & I'd like the Air Grabber. I'm being picky, yes. I've passed up quite a few,
that were mint, because they didn't check all my boxes. I just hope I find one before I give up & buy something
different altogether....

Their out their just have to keep looking. When looking did not have big pocket's. Looked all over the US. Ran into many scam's so beware. Settled for a fixer upper. Wanted four speed car and stayed with the 383. Paid 7 thou for the car in the shape it was in. Lot's of sheet metal to replace through out the car. After 5 plus years it was finished and poured a lot of money into it. So wish you luck on your search and that you find the runner of your dream's. Here is what my wife said are you sure it should not have gone to the junk yard I stated it is a runner. So here is a pic of it in the begging.

It's tough. There's quite a few I let go that were mint, top & bottom, & the prices weren't too bad.
They just weren't EXACTLY what I wanted, and if I'm going to spend this kind of money, I have
to get what I want, no settling......

I just saw a show condition GTX, that wasn't overpriced (yet,lol). I had to let it go, because it was a 69, and as
beautiful as it is, it's not EXACTLY what I'm looking for....the search goes on...

All I can say is don't give up and don't stop looking. And don't be too picky. It took my 2 1/2 years to find this baby. I'm finally getting the way I want with the Magnum 500's and the Halo Headlights. I was always a minute too late. I had a guy that had a 69 and he wouldn't budge off his asking price. So he put it up for auction and it sold for $4000 less than what I offered, for what I thought was a pretty fair price. I'm happy with this one though. Good luck in your search!
