Looks good 68 runner. What a cat. Did not like the way it was looking at the car. For some unknown reason they love to get up on vehicles. So, not much left to do but drive it. LOL. :thumbsup2:

Looks great. I haven been thinking about adding them to my car even though it did not come with them originally.

One of the most iconic road runner decals of all time. A great addition to any 70 RR no matter if they had them originally or not.

However, they would look way to new and shiny on my Roached Runner.

Maybe someday. Right now it's too much fun just getting in and beating just about anything I pull up to. Lol. Best thing is. Never have to wash, wax or vacuum it.....

I remember those days with mine. One of our old members here (Craig - A31 PKG) told me that I should never bother to restore her and just continue to enjoy her as is. Lot of wisdom in those words...

Looks good. I have been looking for used torque thrusts for my Roached Runner also but can never find the correct back spacing or a 4-1/2" bolt pattern. Don't want to buy new. Too nice and shiny as new to bolt on this car....

Thanks. She doesn't look like that anymore though. That's an old photo - probably taken around 2009 or so. I was piggybacking on your photo and waxing nostalgic regarding being able drive her without a care. Those are Halibrands - not Torque Thrusts. Not something that you see everyday. What width & BS Torque Thrusts are you looking for?

15x8 with a 4-1/2" b.s. they always seem to be like 3-3/8" b.s. when I do find them or a GM bolt pattern.

I hear that same argument all the time when I go to cruise ins. It’s either “you’re gonna restore this, right?” Or, “don’t touch a thing on this car, it’s perfect the way it is”….I just drive it like it is and I really don’t care, it’s way too much fun to drive to take it off the road.

Love it! Mine is very low option but I am adding the air grabber hood and dust trail stripe as they are too cool not to. I haven`t decide on the tail stripe color yet though - black, white or gold? Car is FC7 with black interior.

Are you saying you don't like my Roached Runner?
Oh no, quite the opposite, I love that car. But I learned a long time ago about the snowball….that piece of trim that you’ve been needing for years is now being repopped, so you buy it, only to find out that it makes all the other trim around it look like crap. New dust trails on a patina car would just stick out too much, or I might think about it for my car.

By the way, I love all of your cars, and would love to meet up someday and give them an up close and personal look see!

This car is just for beating on. And, several laughs when people see it.
Stop on by whenever you want. Only Mopars are allowed to park in the driveway....

AZ Desert,
I'm afraid if I put a long decal like that on it would appear the bird ran in the hills LOL
