Just curious does your 150 speedo have the numbers 10 20 30 40 etc or 1 2 3 4? if it is the 10 20 30 40 etc style it would have came out of an early production 68 Coronet R/T or GTX, the 1 2 3 4 etc was late production 68 thru 69 Coronet R/T & GTX. Chrysler made the change due to the 10 20 30 40 style was way too crowded and confusing to see.

I installed the early production 150 mph speedo in my 69 RR, wish I had the later single digit one. Your information is correct, I'm sure you know. Right out of the B-body restoration book.

Using the 120 lens on the 150 speedo no. It will physically fit but not be correct on speed

Yes it is an early 68, and looks great, try driving down freeway with a friend in another vehicle ,having him drive 55 and you pace beside him for a stretch and see if yours is showing 55, if so (If it were mine) I would leave it alone, but it is up to you.
