no, but it looks like the AF adjusting screw (single) has been broken off. it is the top boss above the vacuum port. it appears flush. it may be hard to salvage this carb. I need a H-8 4640 single screw to restore.
I am going to ask for some advise from a carb guy. I will get back to you!

You are correct, the adjusting screw is broken off. I think it would be difficult to salvage.
I feel bad for not seeing it before I made the post.

did you drill into the threads? This is to much risk after the attempt has been made now! carb tech said to pass. I wish you would have kept me in the loop on this! I will have to pass!

The threads have not been drilled into. I used a small bit, and quit before going to deep.
