Hey guys I'm working on my car and I noticed the big black donut O ring was dry rotted and I pulled the whole filler neck out and it was filthy. Could I get these parts at a car shop like O'reilys, or napa? Thanks for the help.

not sure about the local parts store, give'm a call. The Dealers used to still stock these. If not, Year One, Classic, Vans.

you might as well get a new sender now.

Dont mess around with other sources.
Get it right from where they all get them.
Quanta products.

You are going to want this tool too: http://www.gastanks.com/Mopar-Sending-Unit-Lock-Ring-Wrench/productinfo/C-LRW/
The filler neck o-ring: http://www.gastanks.com/A-B-C-Body-Filler-Neck-Grommet/productinfo/C-G1/
I remember in a previous post you had said you smelled gas. Check the rubber flex lines from the sender to the hard line and from the vent on the sender to the hard line that goes up into the trunk too.
