Hello all.

I have the original Hurst shifter handle on my 4 pride 69 Road Runner.

I need a handle that is taller than what I currently have. While shifting the handle is burying into my leg making it a little uncomfortable to drive.

Any suggestions? Something taller that curves towards me giving me a little more knee/leg room.

Thanks for your help.

get a Pistol Grip, not "correct" for a ' 69 but you'll love it.

Best bet would be to post of pic of what you've got. What you described doesn't really sound like the original unless you've got extremely long legs that are encroaching upon the shifter...

Console non console. When you slam third gear do you change radio stations that would be a standard non console LOL

Yep had to bribe Tony to sell me one. Just have to chrome it or thinking to clean it down and try that silver plating you can paint on. Will have to order the rite ball with the shift pattern. It is Hurst. Russ. :thumbsup2:
