I have this support rod, Literally the last part to put on but I have no clue where it goes, lol.

It goes under the dash and braces the brake/clutch pedal assembly

Their was a brace that went to the hinge pillar post on my car from the dash. It kind of looked like that. Hope I remember where it all goes when putting the dash and steering wheel back in. I don't remember if it went form the steering wheel bracket or to the dash it's self. Hope this help's my friend. Russ.

I will look and see if it is still hooked to my clutch pedal and brake to see if it is still hooked their or to the dash. Their was a brace that went to the steering column. Let you know what I come up with.

Yep that is what I was saying it went to the hinge pillar post area. Glad Bob had a pic of it. Sorry to cold to go out side to day stayed inside. Going to try and get the pic down loaded for future. We forget so much when pulling them apart I did make a video maybe it will come in handy when putting it back in one piece.

The more pictures taken during disassembly the better. Little bags CLEARLY labeled for bolts etc also big help
