Thank you guy's. I really do not know where they go. On some cars they are in the engine bay like from fire wall to fender or from fender to radiator support. I did not have any on the car in those area's. I noticed that they where for sale for 69 and 70 models B body. Have looked at pic's on the web and do not see any under the hood on any runner's. Maybe they are under the fender but did not have any on mine in that area either. Well maybe some one will tell me what the heck. Why do they sell them if the car dose not get them. :BangHead:

If you are talking about the brace that looks like rod with two holes and about a foot long, it goes from just in front of the front wheel to the frame rail/ bumper support

Ok quikbird. I still don't think I have it unless it is hooked to the bumper. If that is what it is. It is a rod with the two ends flatten and drilled for bolt's. Now you have me in the rite area will order them and figure it out. Thank you.

Hey Russ I made my own out of one inch flat bar about one eighth thick and drilled the holes and painted them you’ll never see them and saved about seventy bucks

Thank you for the info dmartin. Have you got a pic of where they go. If so post it for me. Want to make sure I put back all brace's that where original to the car. So many part's did not come with the car. Probably taken off over the year's and not put back on. Russ.

look for a round rod with both ends being flat with a hole in each end...one end bolts to the bottom of the fender behind the front bumper, and the other end bolts to the bottom of the bumper bracket.

Your fender should have a 5/16 hole about two inches from the bottom front of fender the hole is on the one inch lip on bottom and you should have a 5/16 threaded hole on the frame for the other end of the bracket the fender part use the I call them the nut type clips and you can get them at Ace Hardware just as good as R/T Specialist

Not a chance. It's probably just dirt from a wet road. I may get caught in the rain, but NEVER in the snow. That car hasn't seen salt in decades. Maybe never, considering it is a survivor.
