Folks, check these out...these are my original housings, one of which had a bad pigtail. Since it is almost impossible to find nice ones for a reasonable price, I had mine redone. Mike contacted me and told me he restores them and can add new pigtails. He had special tools made to correctly press and crimp new pigtails on the housings. They came out great! These are not the junky pigtails from ebay either, these are quality, reproduced pieces. They are 70 Cuda style, which is very similar to our B bodies, just have an extra barb for a ground wire (since the Cuda grille is plastic). I am sure this barb can be removed discreetly if you need it to look as close to B body as necessary. Price is excellent too! Enough talking, contact Mike at BE&A if you need yours done. http://www.beaparts.com/ P1060672.JPG P1060673.JPG P1060674.JPG

They look great. I wish I would know about this six months ago. I had no marker lights on my car. I bought two of them. The one needed a new pigtail I look all over and could find the right one so I bought one more that one cost me seventy five dollars. All good now, but I spent a lot of money and aggravation to get the bulbs in the sockets.

Mark I paid $400 dollars for the set I got. Going to take them apart and clean them and paint them. The lenses are not that cheap like 79 dollars a pair then add gaskets. My friend pete from texas shows how to restore the inside finish for headlights witch for parking lights are the same.

Wow Russ, I didn't know they are that expensive now. I got a new set of gaskets from Detroit Muscle. I "misplaced my original lens' and hardware in my garage when I took them apart. It has been driving me crazy trying to find them, put them somewhere but still can't find. I may have to order new ones. Getting the lens' are easy, getting the correct hardware might be a challenge. I need the 4 silver screws for the lens', the 4 bolts and j nuts that hold the housings to the bumpers.. oh well, I'll keep looking.

Basket, Mike is doing resto work now too, his website is still up for parts. I've been talking to him a few times and I am going to try and get my other car up to him around end of summer. I am having enough difficulty with one I figure have an expert do the other for me.

Dave I've heard somewhere that the website is still up and he's just selling what inventory he has left over.

Hey Mark think that you can find the screws and J nuts easy enough. It's not like trying to find the housings. Good luck on it and hope it all works out for ya.

Hi Russ, just found my lenses today, did more searching and they were in a bin of parts under other parts. Still couldn't find my hardware still but have a contact of someone who might have them new.

You heard that from me when I was looking for new rocker switch covers for Bambi's instrument panel... That was exactly what he told me when I called him looking to buy new switch covers.
