Mines a 4 speed car. That should give me at least four stalls and a lot of revving to give me time to get to the 1911.

I think you know what I use. In addition to what’s stated above I’ve got two BFDs.

I’m right there with you! BUUUUT, if you’re going to leave it out in a parking lot for a while while you run into Cabellas to grab more ammo... how you keeping your girl safe? Or if you drive it to work and leave her outside for 8hrs...

We use to use a kill switch around the back bumper like under the tag near the filler cap. Kill power to the coil and point's. All the high tech things now they know how to disarm them. I see people walk around cars with the alarm going off and no one cares. GPS is a good Idea you can hide it some where no one can find it. Let us know what you decide on.

Is there any one kill switch out there that’s better than the other?

Most newer wiring kits come with a neutral safety switch that with a 4 gear is easily used as a kill switch and mounted anywhere you want

Yep. 90% will think the 4speed shifter is the drift brake.

I had kill switches on all my cars back in the day when I lived IN Chicago. Just used a regular old hardware store toggle switch that grounded the coil and hid it anywhere that was convenient (under the dash, in the door jam, in the trunk).

used to see some of these switches that were magnetic and if you didn't know where to put the magnet, car wouldn't start

It was simple to do this with out spending a ton of money. Like the high dollar security systems that a good car thief can buy pass any way. Also the old battery switch you can pick up any where it has a knob you twist on the hot side of the battery. Any thing to slow them down.

Except for the fact that you could never hit a target with it. You’d shit your pants every time it went off and you’d have broken wrists in 5 mins
