Valley Pan Replace ?

I have a 750 Holley at this time on my 440, has only been on the motor for 1 summer , Will be putting my 6BBL on soon. I was just wondering if I need to change Valley pan with a new one or should I change it and all new gasket. I was thinking of just change intake gaskets but I have a new pan ready to go. My thinking is that the current pan is all ready sealed

I'm not that familiar with the 6 bbl manifold. Does it seal all around or have a gap under it like the 4 bbl manifold does?
