Inorganic Acid Technology (IAT) tinted green ?
Organic Acid Technology (OAT) tinted orange ?
Hybrid Organic Acid Technology (HOAT) tinted yellow ?

what do you recommend ?

I don't know about "best", but I use conventional silicate green coolant.
That said, I suppose any coolant would do the job just fine.

I have never really thought much about “what the best is”. Like what Ranger said a quality conventional antifreeze should be adequate.

Most are the same just some have added water pump lube and things to help out seals. Still should change it every so often. It dose get dirty and brake down over time.
