Hi I also belong to B bodies only . I own a 68 RR since 1989. Want to get the last item on my list fixed. The windshield washer dont work. On my wiring harness their is 1 brown wire with 1 connector on each end. I was told its used as a jumper for the 3 speed wiper motor. I have a 2 speed motor so I don't need this one. I also have one brown wire that is close to the wiper motor connector. This could be one of the wires I'm told. And the last brown wire is factory taped to the harness and is unused. Can someone please validate what wires/what color go to the washer switch? Any traces. Year one told me 2 brown wires go to it. This is what I've done so far:
put 12 volts to the pump. it works fine
checked pump 12 v wire to the bulkhead ( M location) no opens is fine
tested switch itself with ohm meter reads infinity when you press it seems switch is ok ( no wires connected)
Its driving me crazy and I really appreciate any help. Remember its a 68 rr with the 2 speed wiper motor. Wipers work fine the washer switch does not. Have a great weekend.

Location
AZ Desert,
One brown from the wiper switch to the washer switch, that would be your wire with a connector on each end. The other brown wire goes from the washer switch threw the bulkhead to the motor
