Info on a selling website

Hi everyone

I was wondering if anyone of you knows about "2040 cars"? There is a lot of cars on that website but they sell them at a very low price! that is strange...
Do you think this is a serious dealer? Could we make a deal with them?
For example i'll show you one of my founding :

It looks like they may be some sort of consignment shop. The vehicles are in various locations. Given a good number of the prices, I'd be hesitant. What is that old adage? If it looks too good to be true, it probably is?

it is a consignment 3rd party website...I inquired about 2 cars on there...and they were sold over 1 year ago. and I have seen some cars on there that were "poached" from other sites...stay away
