Good Morning
We've been discussing replacing our ancient wiring harnesses. I have mine from American Autowire. In the instructions it states that they do not support the ammeter. I have looked at instructions from other manufactures and they all say the same thing.
I have been doing some research in replacing my ammeter with a Voltmeter. I bought a 2" Sunpro and took it apart and tried to mount it in the same holes ammeter would use. It sat too low so I cut up the stock ammeter and made a gauge it works but I do not like the look of it. I've also found multiple articles on converting the original ammeter to a voltmeter, but nothing on a voltmeter face. Has anyone done this?
