booster question, drum/disk, same??? 1968 rr

Folks, I have a chance to get a booster for free, but came from 1970 with disk up front, I have drum all the way around, is there really a difference, same question with master, why would
they be different, same job, push fluid. Thanks Mike.

The booster might work but the masters are different disc and drum. Also manual brakes use a smaller piston which applies more pressure so if you want power drums you might want a different master. I had a 66 Chrysler 300 with power drums and they worked very well.

I put disc up front work fine with out booster. Drum in back.
