Ok so stated air grabber hitting air breather lid at back. All ready cut base down as far as I can. With modifying every thing can't lowered more

The elder bock intake can not be adjusted. So what else could I do. Any thoughts is appreciated. Does every one have problems with ethanol fuel. Tried non ethanol fuel and car did not like it. Guess just drive and live with it. Lol!!!
