I wish I knew you were in the market for a 4 speed console. A good friend has a very nice one for sale. I am sure it would have been cheaper than Tony's.
 
I should have posted the question. This one is nice and 100% complete.
 
Tony may not be the cheapest, but he is a stand up guy. I've delt with him a few times.

that looks like a great complete 4 spd console, most all the 68 B-Body {auto style} consoles I've been seeing are, mostly all pitted up crap, or way over priced... I might have to check them out, see what the prices are like...
