That is completely period correct, had same on my rr but full hubs on rear sometimes. Also had chrome reverse with larger Goodyear’s than OEM on rear. Mismatching was how it was done in ME anyways...... Those look like Cragars on front but many quality brands out there. White letters on back and red walls on front.

Had the factory deck spoiler on too, liked then but not these days. Not sure on a ‘69 but ‘70 might not look bad. Most ran those as drag chutes, had no idea what they were supposed to be for or represent, especially the Fords.

Naw, wouldn’t have one these days- what was I thinking.

I like the front rims. Sort of look like Cragar mag's. I always loved the Cragar S/S Mags that is what I am shooting for when I get to that point. I believe I would stick with the mag's. Russ.
 
Staying with steelies for now, wheels went with a car a just sold.
i had all 4 but we made a deal with the wheels .
i was toying with the idea of putting those wheels on my car and wanted to see how they looked.
i like cragars also and magnums too and rallies just hard to pick which ones.
i was going to get rallies but they are always on back order.

Saw this Hemi Runner yesterday at 2nd saturday here in Tucson.
The owner kinda walked by my car and keep going, I guess you have to have a hemi to be noticed by another. Ha Ha
I even parked near him to maybe chat but he was no where near his car.
when he finally came back he just walked right by me. mabe was late for lunch.
Looked pretty Original 4 speed too. i think i need to put those tips on normaly if i did spend so much Dam cash on this car i would have done it first thing.
but since the po lied i have been side tracked from original plans.
i noticed southern motors has a lemon twist car which i really wanted to have one would love to do a swap cash deal with them. i relize its a post car but still like it.

Nothing it’s just not my first preference I know there are a lot stronger for cars with a lot of horse power no disrespect maybe I shouldn’t have said that.
My apologies if you took it the wrong way I’m not insulting anybody with the a post car
