I was born in the era of muscle cars and what an era it was!!!. I own a few nice cars but when I was 14 years old I seen my 1st Road Runner. It was a friend of minds older brothers car . It was parked on the side of the house, his brother was draft for the war. It was Hemi orange with black stripes with red wire breathers on the hood and nice Crager rims 4 speed bucket seat what a car!!!. I had to walk by that car every day to go to school and stop each morning to check it out. I was hooked, then my uncle had brought a 1969 1/2 440 6BBL Road Runner and took me for a ride and what a ride it was. Needless to say I need to get one some day. I found one in a field in 1997 purchase it motor was blown 4 speed 383 bench seat . I have keep it in my garage move it with use when we moved . Now 25 years later I am started on the build, engine has been complete 69 - 440 / 495 HP / 545 Trq/ rear complete redone true posi / all front end and suspension remove and rebuild . Body at body shop now being done the crazy part is the COST TO BUILD NUTS!!!!! . But in the end a brand new 1969 RR me!!!!!
