- 3rd generation Mopar guy. Married, one and only daughter who just started college. I wanted one of these cars since I was in fourth grade and it had to be a '69. I like all the other years, but for me, '69 is the best in overall looks. Have owned my 69 RR since a senior in high school. Matching numbers car, built on Jan. 23, 1969 so it's a half year car with the 99 99paint code. Rallye Green, white vinyl top with black and white interior, bench seat, 383/auto. It was somewhat restored in 1988 and has been relocated 3 times since then due to different jobs. It runs fairly well but am in the process of trying to update/replace some items due to age. Found this site and decided to join since it's strictly Roadrunners.
I'm also in the SLOOOOWWWW process of restoring my dad's 1955 Custom Royal Lancer. This will eventually become a retirement project.
Other hobbies include flying, working outdoors and am a musician also. Full-time job is working on airplanes.
