I prefer 20W50 like Valvoline VR1 with Zinc. In my experience, it helps keep things lubed better and increases oil pressure at higher temps.

These are not hard wired. They just plug into a receptacle. I do have the old style ablove my bench, so I will save the old tubes as replacements.

Hi all, I found LED 48" shop lights on sale at COSTCO this past weekend priced at $20.00 each. They are rated at 4000 lumens each. I bought four of them and replaced my old fluorescent light fixtures. Wow! What a difference! They are so bright! I just thought I would share. Ken

I am running a Holley 750 dual feed on mine. It runs excellent. I wouldn't go any bigger.
