- My dad owned owned a 72 roadrunner when I was born. It left such a huge impact on me that even back then it was my favorite car and my first words were even "YAHOO!" he sold it when I was 4, but I got to own a 318 satellite when I was 17 which got into a car crash from a kid turning in front of me. Picked up a 72 when I was 22, stripped it down and lost interest that by 24 I traded it for a 72 charger that was done and running. Since then I sold the charger to fund my new project at 32, a 71 bare bones roadrunner which I have sunk everything I have learned about cars over the years and know exactly what I want from the car. I'm almost near completion, I built it as a protouring car so I can drive it as much as possible during the year with the family in it, and take it out on the track when I get the chance, Its got the best bolt in aftermarket suspension it it with a 470ci stroker, 4spd, 3:55 eaton truetrac.
