- I proudly own a 1968 road runner. I purchased it from a neighbor in September 1975 during my senior year (age 17) in high school. Drove it as a daily driver until 1985, it then sat in my garage until I decided to restore it. It underwent a full restoration from Nov 2009 - Nov 2013. It has the original 383 engine, New Process A-833 4 speed manual trans and 8 3/4 POSI rear end. I have photos and documentation of the full process.
