- I am a retired contractor. In 1990 my son and I started to restore a 1969 hard top roadrunner that had a missing 383 engine and four speed trans . Since it would not be a matching number car we decided to make a clone six pack car. Spending the next eight years going to molar shows all over the country searching for NOA sheet metal and trim parts we finished in 1998 . The best part of the build was all the time we spent together
