- Mike in Kenosha, WI. I have a 70 GTX 440 six pack and a four speed, 72 Cuda 340 automatic and a 73 Valiant slant six but painted bright green with hood scoops and badged a 340 which I have yet to install.
The GTX has an 833 cast iron case trans but with an overdrive set of gears in it so 1st and 2nd are original rations, third is now one to one and fourth is now overdrive.
The cuda has a modern aftermarket a/c system and an aftermarket cruise control in it for long trips.
