Besides the cam and heads hey also have the larger exhaust manifolds with better flow that are specific to the hp motors. The intake manifold I believe is different from a standard 383 intake, but not sure what the difference is other than part number. Lastly, the pistons might be different in...
Yes they are similar if not the same. I am just painting the brackets and sway bar so I will try a few more times forcing it in, and then if no luck, cut and reweld carefully...
I have it apart, I cut the bushing for that, but I cannot get the new bushing in now. I have heard of people cutting the bracket and the rewelding the bracket together around the new bushing instead of trying to force the bushing in.
So since I have an original fender tag, all my vin numbers, and the original engine, would I be able to to get the authentic new one since my original fender tag is pretty roached and has a crack forming?
I would also upgrade shocks if you haven't already. I installed some KYB Gas-a-Justs, and it definatly made a big difference in minimizing the bounce in the suspension.

I would go on the safe side and just do a full rebuild. It's not that much trouble, and is not too costly either. The 8 3/4 can handle a 440 with no problem. I agree with 69hemibeep that the 323 is the way to go since it is still fast, but not too high winding. I dont know if I'm correct about...
I like lots of different cars, but I was really interested in Mopars because my grandparents would tell stories of all the fun, and sometimes dumb, things they did with their cars. The nostalgia combine with flashy colors, graphics and big and loud V8s made it the perfect affordable project.
The Greenwood Car Show is arguably the biggest car show in the Pacific North West, with a count of over 800 fine classic cars. I have gone almost every year since I can remember, and have always dreamed of showing off a worthy ride there. This year, I finally got the chance.
With two weeks...
