- Bill Fountain avid Streetrodder. Have a 1941 Plymouth Sedan w/ 360 / 727 /8-3/4 rear. Bought a1972 Roadrunner new and traded it in for something a fiance could drive. Soon after she was gone and so was the Roadrunner. I also am working on a 1941 Plymouth pickup for my daughter. She is the second civilian owner of the truck as it was an Air Force truck. It has a modified frame with a mildly built 340 and will either a four speed or a 727. Has a narrowed 8-3/4 rear in it now. I have had an interest in cars since i was about 7 or 8 and still do at 65.
