- New into collector cars. Recently purchased a 69 GTX convertible. Brings back the memories of the 69 GTX convertible that I sold in 72 when I went to college. It has been the only car of the many I've had over the past 50 years that I was sorry I sold it. It was purchased for a 17 year old and was totaled 1 1/2 months after he got it.
