- Thanks for letting me join the group. I just bought a 69 Road Runner in Albany ,NY. Its has a rebuilt 69 440 but its not the original engine. I was in contact with the son of one of the previous owners but the engine is now gone. If anyone knows of this car please contact me, i would love to get the original 383 back. The underside is very solid, it does need body work and paint. I sold a six pack Road Runner about 25 years ago when I was young and foolish. I'm very happy to be back in the mopar family. I will post a few pictures soon.
