Yes, I do have a new pipe screw/plug and brass freeze plug kit for both the heads and block. I am kinda piece mealing the installation, lol.

I don't know about better, but the GTX is probably more rare/desirable/worth more......

I used several different shapes of wire wheels to strip the block, then cleaned it with residue free mold cleaner. (Stoner)
