Testing the waters here to possibly sell my 1969 Plymouth Roadrunner.
Not sure what to post for a price so I am going to post a price equal to about what I have into it. I originally joined this forum after purchasing this car, with every intent to keep an eye out for parts and information needed to get this project going. I have it being kept out of the weather under a carport, waiting for me to get the time to do the car justice and do the restoration right. However I have more than one valuable mopar that needs to be worked on (one was recently being detailed in another topic area on this site) and I have to make a hard choice on which one must go. This car is ALL there. It isn't missing any parts! The car is currently painted a light metallic green with black hood stripes but a decoding of the fender tag (and why I bought the car originally) shows it was born as a replica of the 1969 motor trend car of the year magazine cover car - A4 silver, with a seldom seen silver and black interior. The car does not have many options. Its a 383 / 727 automatic with 3:23 8 3/4 rear. Bench seat, column shift, roll up windows. The two options are the optional silver upholstery and H51 air conditioning ( come to think of it that is the one thing missing - the a/c parts) The car has the usual 48 year old mopar rust repairs needed but it is not a rot box. Included with the car is a new dutchman panel, a new metal dash core, an extra passenger side fender - even though the one on it is in good shape. The car is worth more than I am asking but that's what I have into it and what I am looking to get, which will give the next guy a great shot at building a really nice and valuable car for a very fair price.
Asking $8900.00 obo
Will consider cash plus any e body parts you may have that I could use on either my 70 or 71 Cudas
Call, text or email me with any questions

The first is me bringing it home last year- the grille bezel is in the trunk and in good shape. Only missing the windshield. The rest are from a few days ago when I decided to list the car. Message me here with any questions, PM me if you would like my cell to text or call me with more detailed questions

It does but I have actually sold it to someone who presented themselves as an enthusiast. So I dropped the price quite a bit to help him get a car he always wanted only to find out he scammed me and put the car up the next day on eBay to flip it. Found out there are 3 well known guys in Staten Island NY that pull this scam - watch out!
My only comfort is that he started out trying to double his money by asking $11,600 then after learning he was nuts dropped it again and again and again and again and again until it is where it is now at $7400

So, anyone interested - see the ad on ebay - not mine, I SOLD the car but don't know how to update this listing to reflect that.
Also - be aware - most of what he has written is not true - but I have seen his ad change multiple times. at one point he was saying the rear was rebuilt ( because it has fresh paint on it) and that it was at his friends body shop for the past two years but it closed and now he lost his storage space, that the trans was rebuilt, and so much more - all lies. I really hate these people who ruin the hobby for us honest people.
