taillights and e brake

When depressing the E brake. My tail lights come on. After market new wiring harness. Is this normal for the tail lights to come on with E brake on. Guess I will just un plug the wire. Or dose some one know the problem.

Wiring mix up, does the red park brake light on the dash come on?
