1968 Road Runner 23J VIN code.

Ive never seen one with a 2 speed, I don't think it would clear the air cleaner. I do know you got a 3 speed in 69 because the air grabber came with the hemi. And welcome aboard

Welcome. Good question. The 68 hemi air cleaner was round verses the 69 oval air cleaner so it could be a possibility. Post up some pictures.

Upgrade to the three speeds will help in heavy rain. The two speed is kind of weak for heavy down pours.

Rain-X is fantastic..............but due to air flow on the '68/'69 Road Runners, (probably many others of that era as well) it's useless. The air hits the flat front end and flows up and over the hood and windshield, leaving a dead air space on the hood and windshield. Water beads just sit there, motionless, even at highway speeds.

First of all, welcome to the group. If you take a picture of the fender tag and post it we will decode it for you.

New here looking at what appears to be an orange car in photos but they say is a special order Bahama Yellow which as far as I know is a 71 color. Trying to get back in the mopar muscle cars world and don't want to mess up.
Also this is supposedly a 69 RR so it would be good to verify that also lol
