So, you all know I have an early 69 runner that took a 68 hood. Converting to the air grabber on this car. Does anyone have the length and width of the call outs for air grabber hood. Got my screens into day and they are longer than my call outs. Any thoughts would be appreciated. Russ.

Three core copper rad. Think I have a seven-blade fan now. The shroud is aftermarket but dose the job. One thing ended up with a cracked head and replaced both heads with aluminum ones. What a difference. Compared to the cast Iron ones. Very happy motor now.

So, there is no wiper motor right now. Going through the transition of putting the air grabber box on my car. Also acquired a three-speed wiper motor with button. Going down the rabbit hole and getting deeper. LOL. Good luck with the project. Russ.

Ok so my call outs on the hood have the metal blanks in them. Can I take those out and install the air grabber screen. Or am I missing something here.

This started out to be just adding the air grabber. Now find out have to change the windshield wiper motor out also. If anyone has done this would appreciate any tips you can give me. It is getting deeper.

Replaced my quarters and many outer skin parts. Did not use the patch panels. Be it your choice but would rather have the hole panel and go from there. Best of luck with the project. It seems the longer you go the further you will get into it.
