    Over heating?

Ocerheating while driving usually indicates a lack of airflow, So I would guess that maybe your radiator support to hood seal is not in place, or the cowl seal to hood seal is missing. Or maybe you are not running the clutch fan and shroud?

I would venture a guess at about $28k-$32k

Fender tag stamping…what could it mean?

I would venture a guess that the large stamp is the final inspection stamp meaning it’s good to go for sale or order delivery. The smaller stamps are for other specific inspections such as final paint, final assembly, interior, and other sub sections.

    Production Info.

For the record here, there are no trackable option counts for any Chrysler product back then. They just did not track specific options per car, such as paint color, fresh air hood and such. Too much info to try to keep track of, when they really didn’t need that info.

Pull it out and play with it when you can

Although not a Roadrunner, I’m working on getting my daughters car out and roadworthy again. She passed away last weekend, and I’d like to drive it in memory of her. I had been building her a suite on our home so she could have a larger room with her own entrance, and a barrier free bathroom and...

I had considered that car for myself, but I have too many cars already, and no room for any more. Good luck on your new home, the move in, and finding a Roadrunner. All in time, my brother, all in time!

    Finding reverse detent difficulty

Is your car a 70, with the reverse key lock linkage? Mine is a little rough going into and out of reverse because of the linkage, which was all rebuilt with new bushings. Most people take that whole assembly right off, but oh no, not me!

    Out to dinner last night

Hell is about 4 miles from my house. We go down to the saloon about every couple weeks for the fish fry, it’s really good. You can buy land in Hell if you choose, the guy who owns the whole town sells square inches for a very nominal price. And, you get to be mayor for a day! I think his name is...

    Out to dinner last night

I was leaving a little cruise-in down in Hell, M., I was in the Angry Bird, and in front of me were a boyfriend and girlfriend in their respective newer cars, a hopped up Mustang and an ‘06 GTO. You could tell that they spent a lot of money on them, and they certainly sounded the part. They were...
