Sure enough it was the accelerator Cable. Need adjustment. So I took that 600 off and switched to a Holley 750 Mechanical advance. That 600 was to small.

Best Supplier for OEM electrical connectors? Have to replace a few wires and I like to keep everything as close as possible to the way it was from the factory. yes I can buy new harnesses but all I want to get are the connectors to repair my original harness.

I don't know what cam I have. I didn't build the motor, but still going 17 years later.
That demon I have on it has just never run right. I'd have to put it on a dyno to tune it. Rather use that money to just get another one better for my application. By all means not opposed to putting a...

Need something a little less aggressive. Feel this is a little to big for my roadrunner.
What would you recommend?
Well with the peddle fully extended the spring is stretched. When you press the peddle it compresses. So you'd want to shove a bunch of washers in then press the peddle. The clutch peddle opporated pretty fair but I get a little crink crink when pushing it in. After I first put it in I put a...

Any pics? Not following ya... So ground wire from the metal stap that holds the heater hoses to the ground peg of wiper motor? Or ground wire from the ground peg on the wiper motor to a mounting stud where?
Just curious, where is the ground for your wiper motor grounded to? Location? Pictures please, just trying to get mine back to factory location.
Thanks

Picture of car yesterday. That color is closer to vitamin C. It has been repainted. The color inside the engine compartment doesn't really match the body however it is close, and it is 46 years old
Yeah sure no problem Dave. I agree as well. It is very interesting especially since I'm finding out the rarity of my car and how original a lot of it is. So the answers to your questions, yes this car is painted one single color with the black vynal top. Seems rare to find this combo with no...
Huh... Yeah That is interesting! Thanks for posting that. Did your friend paint his Omaha orange roadrunner blue? Attached in my first post is a pic of the tag... I Guess they meant to put a 99 in place of the 17! Weird huh?
