thanks guys. :brickwall:
you should have seen my face when i saw my trim, all freshly polished, sitting in the middle of the street going 'ting ting' as people drove over it. oops! i think i was going to pick up an air cleaner...ever leave your coffee cup on top of your car? :lmao:
white bear lake?! seriously? one of my college friends grew up there and i have partied there, and went out on the lake - great place! next time i'm out that way i'll PM...wow. what a small world.
i don't think i posted this before but about a year ago i set my rear window trim on my truck's tonneau cover and drove to the store...when i came back it had been sitting in the street getting driven over! DOH! i have seen some used trim locally but it is always messed up - is anyone...
very cool. i decided to go with cooper cobras, but i might buy some cheater slicks for the back if i can find them. here are some pics i took yesterday. driving 2 miles to the tire store in the rain with no wipers was not fun though!!
this one is a little fuzzy...
closeup...now i need...
i have found a lot of aluminum slot mags on CL around here...for various prices. here is the repop tire company's link:

i have been thinking of putting old school cheater slicks on the car...they are reproducing casler and some other brands in idaho and they are available locally. they bought the molds, so they are really authentic looking, but are up to DOT standards.
actually it is currently black with a maroon velour custom 90s interior. it was R4 red/orange with a black interior from the factory. someday i might repaint it but for now i like the black!
thanks guys! i did purchase it recently (6 months ago) and i am going up to take a few more pics this week. i still need all kinds of dinky stuff like headliner bows...why would you ever remove them? you know? they can't weight THAT much!!
that shot was taken behind my friend's auto repair...
